3D PRINTING / ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING POWDER RECLAIM SYSTEMS
We provide a complete powder reclaiming system for metal additive manufacturing. The powder reclaiming system is designed specifically for the reclamation of metal powders used in AM, employing a high-energy approach to make fine separations.
Our powder reclaiming system is capable of screening powder at 10 μm and at higher rates compared to other systems available on the market. It is constructed in polished stainless steel and having explosion proof and inert gas capabilities for the handling of reactive powders such as titanium and aluminium, it is especially suitable for use in aerospace and biomedical applications.
Our reclaim system is capable of efficiently removing oversize splatter while maximising potential yields for reclaimed powder, without the need for an ultrasonic deblending system.
TOLL PROCESSING
We offer a state of the art toll processing facility dedicated to toll screening, a new line of fine grinding equipment which includes a jet mill and a sieve mill. In addition, we have an electro magnetic separator, bulk-to bag packaging area, and blending and mixing machinery. We also recently installed an air classifier. All of the equipment that we offer for sale is available for use in our facility.

Vibratory Screening Below 44 Micron
We are the only company we know of that offers a vibratory screener that screens below 44 micron at a high rate. This is ideal for many industries that just can’t get the size they want with traditional screening equipment on the market.

We will toll process just about any material (not magnesium) at any size with any tollerances. Just send us your material, and we send back what you want.
